Women's Soccer

Denison has the proud distinction of being the first university in Ohio to sponsor a varsity women’s soccer program, and the Big Red continue to be one of the elite programs in the North Coast Athletic Conference and a contender on the regional and national levels.

Numerous Denison players are honored for their performance every year, including Player of the Week kudos and All-NCAC and All-Region recognition. In addition, Denison women’s soccer has earned more than its share of individual and team academic distinctions.

After 26 seasons at the helm of the Big Red program, veteran mentor Gail Murphy has passed the torch to new Head Coach Sarah Brink, a Williams College grad who came to Denison from Trinity College. With abundant talent and extreme motivation among both the players and coaches, the future of women’s soccer at Denison looks bright.
