About The Dale Googins Project

To honor Dale Googins' 36-year service to Denison and its varsity athletes, Jeanetta Pyle, long-time Granville resident, and Dale fan, is creating a scholarship for students majoring in Health, Exercise, and Sports Studies. She is challenging the alumni and Granville communities to raise $500,000, to not only establish the scholarship but to name the Denison athletic training suite in honor of Dale. She will match every gift made to this endeavor up to $100,000.
